Seattle City Light has commissioned this along with one other artwork for their

North Service Center Expansion project. Sculpture references the fluidity of water and hydroelectric power, where most of Seattle gets its electricity. SCL also committed steel shop, paint shop, carpentry and civil resources for the fabrication of these artworks. It is a collaboration that has led to an increase in budget and effected scope of original project.

Part of $110,000 commission through Percent Arts-City of Seattle.
